Dryden’s high school football team is gearing up for its first game action of the season.
The Eagles travel to Kenora today (Wednesday) for a super-scrimmage against Beaver Brae and Fort Frances.
Game time is 2:00 pm.
Coach Geoff Zilkalns says there will be limited special teams but a chance to play offence and defence live against teams they will face in Weeks 1 and 3.
The team is currently in its second week of practice and Zilkalns says they are making progress.
