A Cochenour man is out a few bucks.
He has been fined $1,500 for fishing without a license, among other
charges.
While fishing on McNeeley bay, the man told the conservation officers
he had a license but forgot it at home.
The next day he submitted an outdated & doctored permit & charges
were laid.
