DMTS Not for Sale

Dryden’s municipally-owned telephone system is not for sale.
Council liaison for DMTS Mike Wood issued the statement Wednesday amid rumors circulating about the future of the company.
The most recent Consultant’s Report was presented to Council at a closed door meeting on Monday.
Wood says Council will be discussing the proposed direction of DMTS in the coming weeks.
He adds Council directed the City Manager, Treasurer and Interim CEO of DMTS to work closely together to move the company forward.
