Doctors leaving Fort Frances have now outnumbered those who are coming which has prompted the Town of Fort Frances to take action.
Town CAO Mark McCaig, part of the doctor recruitment committee, notes a number of options are being considered to recruit physicians.

McCaig adds Jim Neufeld, a clinic supervisor from Winkler, Manitoba, has had success recruiting doctors to other communities including his own and Dryden.
Fort Frances Town Council has decided to ask Neufeld to speak to the group as a whole in the coming weeks.
