A 45-year-old Whitefish Bay man has been charged for allegedly using a high-caliber rifle to shoot and kill a dog in a residential area.
Lac Seul Police say the incident happened on Sunday in Whitefish Bay.
No one near the home was injured.
Police say Derek Kenny faces counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm, careless use of a firearm, careless storage of a firearm and killing or injuring animals.
