Dogs Blanked in Thunder Bay

A power outage for the Dryden Ice Dogs on the road.

Less than 24-hours after an 8-goal outburst against Frances Frances, the Dogs failed to find the back of the net, in a 4-0 loss in Thunder Bay Wednesday.

Mitch Forbes had two goals and an assist for the North Stars, while Riley Marsh and Brendon Burge added singles.

Dryden could only manage 21-shots on the Stars net.

Ian Perrier made 29-saves in a losing cause.

The Ice Dogs now enjoy a lengthy break.

The next action for Dryden is January 27th in Sioux Lookout.
