The Dryden Ice Dogs finally snapped their 8 game losing streak with a 6-3 win over the K&A Golden Hawks in the Dog Pound tonight.
Three power play and one short-handed goal helped the Dog’s cause. Scoring for the Dogs were Jamie Davis, Sean Basingthwaite, Matt Tryhuba, Liam Walker, Colin Senkow and Dustin Hildebrand. Ryan Crane from Hudson earned his first SIJHL victory between the pipes.
The Ice Dogs face the Golden Hawks again tomorrow night at 8pm in the Dryden Memorial Arena, when they’ll look to move their winning streak to two games.
