Dogs Get Two Points in Duluth; Two Upsets Sunday

The Dryden Ice Dogs earned a split at the ‘Showcase’ Junior Hockey Tournament in Duluth on the weekend.
The Dogs hammered the Iron Range Iron Heads 8-3 on Friday, before dropping a 4-1 decision to Wisconsin on Saturday.
Dryden had Sunday off as Duluth upset Fort Frances 7-4.
Iron Range tripped up Thunder Bay 3-2.
Wisconsin defeated Sioux Lookout 5-2.
All games counted in the SIJHL standings.
