Ryan Lobreau led the way with a hat-trick, while Chris Belhumer, Austin Lewis and Diego Breckenridge added singles.
Chris Hoffman scored twice for Sioux Lookout, while Jacob Nolan and Matt Grove added a single.
Dryden outshot Sioux Lookout 45-33.
In other SIJHL play, Wisconsin clipped Thunder Bay 2-1.
