The Dryden Ice Dogs exploded for 3-goals in the final period en route to an 5-2 exhibition victory over the Sioux Lookout Flyers Sunday night.
The game was scheduled for Eagle Lake First Nation but had to be moved to Vermilion Bay due to a power outage.
The Dogs finished the pre-season with a 2-2 record, while the Flyers went 3-1.
Dryden opens the season on the road on the 22nd against Sioux Lookout.
The Flyers kick-off the new campaign at home on Friday against the defending champion North Stars.
