Don’t Expect To See Beer Sold In Local Grocery Stores

The Progressive Conservative’s say if your in a small community you probably won’t see beer in any of your grocery stores.

The changes to the sale of beer were listed in the Liberal Government’s 2015 budget but PC MPP Norm Miller says it’s very unlikely small towns will be able to pick up some brew at their local Safeway or Extra Foods.

Miller says its likely beer will be sold in supermarkets in large northern cities like Sault Ste. Marie and Sudbury.
