Your busy summer schedule should include water.
When mowing the lawn, weeding the garden in the scorching sun, a registered dietician suggests having water near by.
Vanessa MacLellan says there are signs you are dehydrated, one is the colour of your urine.
MacLellan says if you are well hydrated the colour of your urine should be pale yellow or a straw colour.
She says having a dark colour to your urine can indicate you are dehydrated.
If someone is severely dehydrated they can end up in the hospital.
She adds you can get fluid from foods as well.
