Premier Doug Ford is making a visit to northwestern Ontario today.
He’s in White River for the opening of Harte Gold’s Sugar Zone mine.
The site covers more than 83-thousand hectares.
Underground mining started last year with production starting last month.
The company poured its first gold bar two weeks ago.
