In loving memory of Douglas Smith, age 81 years, who died in the Dryden Regional Health Center on Sunday, July 1st following a lengthy illness.
Doug Smith is survived by his wife Fran, his daughter Andrea Van Patter, his sons: Douglas of Winnipeg and Jack of Dryden, by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A memorial funeral service to celebrate the life of Douglas Smith will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the Stevens Funeral Homes “Moffat Chapel” with Mr. John Mulders officiating.
Interment of ashes will take place on a later date.
