Downtown Enhancement Committee Receives Financial

Weyerhaeuser has come through with 15-thousand dollars for the Dryden Downtown Enhancement Committee.
They are awaiting provincial funding to carry out some work in the downtown core.
Economic Development Manager Jim Dayman says it will likely be next spring before the city can begin phase one of the project.
The 280-thousand dollar initiative also has financial support from the city and downtown businesses.
