Veterinarian Dr. Bobby Egli says he sends his condolences to everyone
that was affected by a fire at the Hillcrest Animal Clinic.
The Tuesday evening blaze caused considerable smoke damage to the
building and claimed the life of a handful of animals including 4-cats and
4-dogs.
Veterinarian Dr. Bobby Egli says 1-dog managed to escape and he stresses
he did everything he could to save the other animals.
While the Clinic will be down for a few months, Egli says he is
looking at the possibility of a temporary location.
An electrical problem has been identified as the cause of the fire.
Egli says he has received overwhelming support from the entire
community and is grateful for the work of Firefighters and Police.
