Draft Long-Term Cultural Plan

The Dryden Cultural Roundtable is urging Council to maintain the position of Municipal Cultural Planner.
The term for Gwen Kurz is due to expire in March, when Provincial funding dries up.
The recommendation is one of the key points in a new 3-year draft cultural plan.
Roundtable Chair Chuck Schmitt says the document celebrates Dryden’s diversity and unites the community.
Schmitt says the strategy will bring further investment to Dryden and outlines shovel ready projects for funding opportunities.
The plan will officially be released at a public information session at the Centre on February 2nd.
