The Cam McMillan rink is still alive at the Canadian Firefighters National Curling Championships in Quebec.
The Dryden foursome improved to 4-4 after a 7-1 win in 5 ends this morning against Newfoundland.
The win vaulted the Northern Ontario squad to a tie for 5th place, and McMillan now sits 1 win behind Saskatchewan who earn the final playoff berth.
The Dryden rink takes on (3-5) New Brunswick this afternoon at 2:00 in Draw #9.
