Drowning Death on Wunummin Lake

An 18 year old Manitoba teen has drowned after his canoe capsized on Wunnumin Lake, July 2.
Nishnawbe-Aski Police were called to the scene after two females came across the body.
Kyle Bruce, 18 of Poplar River First Nation, Manitoba was canoeing across the lake with his sisters when the incident occured.
A post mortem examination later revealed the cause of death to be accidental drowning.
Wunnumin Lake is a remote community, 500 kilometres north of Thunder Bay.
