The Fort Frances OPP foot patrol passed a car on the 200 block of Scott Street with a strange odor coming from it on Monday.
Turns out the two occupants of the vehicle were smoking marijuana, and were arrested.
While searching the car, the police found what was dubbed a “substantial amount” of pot.
30 year old Jeremy Lee Potson of Seine River First Nations was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, and breach of a conditional sentence.
He is being held in custody.
35 year old Ryan Sheldon Potson also of Seine River was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and was released to appear in court on January 21st.
