Details of a lengthy drug trafficking case from southern Ontario to northwestern Ontario will be unveiled today at a media conference in Thunder Bay.
Provincial Police say the case involves trafficking of prescription medication and illegal drugs.
Reps from the OPP, Thunder Bay Police, Nishnawbe-Aski Police and RCMP will be on hand for the announcement.
Prescription painkillers have been a major problem in our area, with some community leaders estimating up to 80% of adults are hooked on OxyContin or Percocets.
