Drugs Seized at Attawpiskat Airport

Nishnawbe-Aski Police have charged a 36-year-old woman following a drug seizure at the Attawapiskat Airport earlier this week.
Police and Peace keepers hired by the remote Northern Ontario community seized roughly $58,000 worth of marijuana and cocaine.
Police say Donna Edwards of Attawapiskat faces 2-counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
Edwards will appear in court today.
