Drunk Individual Assaults Police Officer

City Police got more then they bargained for when responding to a
complaint of an intoxicated man at a Dryden Restaurant Wednesday.
Police say the accused refused to leave and was uncooperative with
officers.
The man became aggressive and assaulted a police officer.
Fredrick Belmore was arrested and charged.
Belmore will make his first court appearance on October 15th.
