Dry, Mill Layoffs *MORE DETAILED STORY ON WAY

Domtar has announced layoffs at the Dryden Mill.
The Company will permanently close the Number 2 Paper Machine and
2-cutsize sheeters on December 22nd.
Domtar will re-start the number 1 Paper Machine in mid-January.
The restructuring impacts 125-workers.
