Dryden and Atikokan Curling Update

Despite some changes, Curling is alive and well in Atikokan!
The Town is again operating the Little Falls Golf and Curling Club and a public meeting is scheduled for Wednesday night at 7:00 at the facility.
Spokesperson Leslie Kerr says membership as well as recruitment and retention initiatives will be discussed.
Meantime, in Dryden, registration has been positive with more then 48 teams ready to hit the ice.
Spokesperson Susan Clarke says the new programs have been well received and although numbers are on par from last season, they are still looking for more curlers.
