Helping those in need during the festive season.
That’s once again the goal of Dryden Area Christmas Cheer.
Spokesperson Peggy Howard says application forms are available until December 8th for those needing assistance.
Forms for families and individuals are available at 44 Queen Street, the Dryden Native Friendship Centre, Ontario Works, Dryden Food Bank and the Dryden Go-Getters.
The 44 Queen Street office is open Monday to Thursday 12:00-4:00.
Or call 223-5995.
Meantime, Dryden Area Christmas Cheer is now accepting food, unwrapped toys and monetary donations for those in need.
Last year, Christmas Cheer handed out 341-hampers to families and 308-gifts for children.
Items can be dropped off at 44 Queen or CKDR.
