Dryden Being Asked to Recognize Hometown Boy

Problem is anyone travelling through Town would have no clue, given there’s no signage.
A Community Group is trying to change that by erecting 8-by-8 signs at the east, west and south entranceway’s.
Chuck Schmitt is also asking for signage to recognize the fact that Arena #2 is now named the Chris Pronger Arena.
Schmidt says the Committee is willing to work with the City on a financing plan and stresses they aren’t looking for a cash hand-out.
He adds the long-term goal is to have a display set up at the Arena with Pronger Memorabilia as well as his Jersey’s retired in the rafters.
