Dryden Boys Played In Manitoba Volley Jam

The Dryden Dynasty 14U Volleyball team competed in Manitoba’s Volley Jam tournament on March 22 and 23.
Dryden lost to the Steinbach Knights 25-14 and 25-18, lost to the Brandon Bullets 25-22 and 25-17, and beat the Prov 13U Boys team 25-21 ans 25-20.
Dryden placed 4th in a pool of 6 based upon their results, and played the Brandon Buccaneers in the first round of the playoffs.
Dryden played a strong game but came up short against the Buccaneers 25-21 and 25-10.
Coach Paul Darling says it was a great start for the team, and for some players it was their first competition in Winnipeg. which was a big eye-opener compared to their local scholastic competitions.”
