Dryden Coppers Kept Busy This Long Weekend

A busy long weekend for Dryden Police.
Highlights include a bear and her cubs wandering around the Thiel Road area, as well as senseless vandalism to the interior of the Dryden Fair Grounds main building.
Police say someone spray painted the inside with profanities and graffiti.
Around 9:30 last night, an off-duty officer was out for a walk when he noticed a man standing in his front window performing an indecent act.
He flagged down a passing patrol car and an arrest was made.
Dryden Police also laid 2 charges of driving over the legal limit of alcohol early Sunday morning after reports of erratic driving.
A local man and a Southern Ontario man will appear in court October 27th.
Police also want to remind motorists to pay extra attention when driving as the new school year is set to get underway tomorrow.
