Dryden Council back to full strength

City Council in Dryden is back to a full roster.
Former member Sally Rowat was chosen Monday to fill the vacancy created
when Joe Delaney resigned last month due to a new job.
Rowat was voted in by Council over another past councillor, Keith
Sveinson.
She will be officially sworn into office at a later date & will serve
until the end of the current term this November.
