Dryden Council considering changes

Dryden City Council is considering changing the structure of its meetings in 2003.
Currently Committee of the Whole starts at 5PM followed by Council at 7 every 2nd Monday.
If the changes are passed, meetings will be held every Monday starting at 7PM with COW 1 week & Council the next.
