Dryden Eagles Finish Well In Winnipeg

A top 10 finish for the Dryden Eagle Junior Boys Volleyball team at a weekend High School tournament in Winnipeg.
The blue and gold finished 9th overall.
Dryden defeated the St. James Jimmies 25-18, 25-20 to place 9th.
Through the course of the weekend, setter Deven Trist, power hitter Kevin Woolfrey and libero Matt Wood were awarded player of the game distinctions.
Coach Steve Laidlaw says it’s always nice to end the travel portion of the season on a high note and notes Manitoba always provides excellent competition for the boys.
