Dryden Easter Food Drive a Success

The Dryden Easter Food Drive has blown away last year’s results.
In 2009, 13 teams received around 35 hundred items and this time around 21 teams snagged around 45 hundred items.
In Category One, Calypso Hair Fashions came in first with 49 bags; In Category Two, McAulley & Partners got first with 39 bags; and last but not least in Category Three, The Standard Insurance snagged top place with 121 bags.
Manager of the Dryden Food Bank Keith Grant says the food bank needed this more than ever and that everyone was very impressed with the results.
The Easter Food Drive will be back same time, next year. All the participants thank the community and anybody else involved.
