There is more information being released about a fire on Earl Avenue Friday night.
Fire and heat damage is extensive to the second floor apartment with some water damage as well.
An unattended candle was the source of the fire, but luckily the tenant was home and quickly realized there was a fire.
The tenant warned everyone in the building and everyone got out safely.
Because of the fast response from firefighters, the building was saved.
