The Dryden Fire Service is doing some annual training this weekend.
Information Officer Reagan Breeze says they are hosting the Regional District Fire Rescue School.
Some 70 firefighters from across the region will be involved in the training.
Breeze says participants will take a pumper operation course and learn about wild land firefighting.
Firefighters will also learn more about vehicle rescue and hazardous materials.
Breeze says it’s a great way for firefighters to exchange information about their equipment and how they operate.
