Dryden Has Community Improvement Plan

Dryden now has an official Community Improvement Plan.
Council approved the long-term strategy Monday night and Planning
Administrator Mary Anne Legros says businesses in the downtown core and along Highway 17 will soon be able to obtain grants to conduct facade, parking lot, landscaping and signage upgrades.
The City will start accepting applications of up to $5,000 next month.
Council will set the funding for the grant program on a yearly basis
but is expected to free up $40,000 in 2008.
