Dryden hospital hiring security starting Monday

The Dryden Regional Health Center says it wants to ensure the facility remains a safe place to work for staff and physicians.

To that end, starting on Monday, the hospital is implementing 24/7 security.

The responsibilities of the security service is to respond to incidents of agression, and provide support to staff and doctors when required.

They will also do regular patrols of the hospital facilities and manage after-hour access.

The security desk will be located in the main lobby near the emergency department.
