Budgeting strategies are being looked at by the Dryden Regional Health Centre.
Their budget will be stretched pretty thin according to their Hospital Accountability Planning Submission.
CEO Wade Petranik says they are looking at all options to deal with unexpected situations.
Petranik says cost increases can reach about 4% per year and their funding only increases at about 1% per year.
He stresses staff have done a great job to find savings where possible.
