The City of Dryden is terminating a service agreement with the Township of Ignace at the end of this month.
In the summer of 2000, Dryden began providing extensive administrative assistance to Ignace after its Township Manager, Arthur Osbourne, resigned.
However, Ignace recently hired a new Manager, Brian Brown, and therefore the service agreement is no longer needed between the two communities.
The City of Dryden says the anticipated gross revenue from the services provided for the current year is 75-thousand dollars.
