The City of Dryden is losing another senior staff member.
Treasurer Adrienne Bodnarchuk has announced her resignation effective April 30th.
Chief Administrative Officer Andre Larabie says the search for a replacement is underway.
Larabie says the City is also close to hiring a Deputy Treasurer.
He stresses the departure of Bodnarchuk won’t impact budget deliberations and she will continue to work with senior staff on the 2014 fiscal document.
No reason was given for her resignation but Bodnarchuk has been under the gun to help the City turn its finances around.
Mayor Craig Nuttall issued a public apology to Bodnarchuk Tuesday night for comments made to her during budget consultations.
