Dryden Man Caught After A Brief Chase

A bad Canada Day for a Dryden man.
City Police were called to a disturbance at Flat Rock around 9:30.
Police say the man causing the problem had left on an electric bike and appeared drunk.
Police noticed the E bike swerving from side to side on Parkdale Road.
Police say he refused to stop and tried to evade officers by heading up a bike path.
Officers chased the man on foot and arrested 41-year-old Michel Petit.
He faces a number of charges, and will appear in bail court today.
