Dryden Man Convicted in November 2010 Arson

A 23-year-old Dryden man has been convicted on arson charges in relation to a garage fire last November at an Elm Bay Road home.
Brent Peter Oster appeared in Court Wednesday and was found guilty.
Oster has been released on several conditions including keeping the peace, abstaining from alcohol and non-prescription drugs and notifying police of any change in address.
He also can’t possess firearms for 3-years and must obey a curfew.
No one was injured in the fire.
