Dryden Mill Improvements

Drydenites should have cleaner and clearer air by next Christmas.
The 220-million dollar Weyerhaeuser Air Emmissions project is ahead of schedule and Manager Mike Louttit says construction is running smoothly.
Improvements will likely be completed in December 2003, the mill must be up to standards by March 2004.
The provincial government ordered the changes in 1999 after the mill did not comply with emission standards.
The Recovery Boiler will stand 16-stories high with a 373-foot stack on top of that.
