The Dryden Mission is eyeing major expansion plans.
Executive Director Pastor Jim Shearer says one of his first priorities is installing bathrooms on the main floor, which he hopes to have done by this Fall.
Shearer says they also want to offer more addiction programs.
The Mission also has plans to build a kitchen and a cafe.
Shearer says it will give people a chance to gain experience in the culinary and service industries and he hopes to have that program up and running in the Fall of 2014.
Shearer says revenue generated from the cafe will go towards the establishment of a men`s shelter in 2015.
The Mission has already rolled out a mechanic program as well as a mentoring program.
