Pinewood School was in lock-down mode last Friday as Emergency crews held a mock disaster.
The overnight event involved students with the Pinewood Fine Arts program.
Reagan Breeze of the Dryden Fire Service says participants weren’t allowed to leave the school.
The mock disaster involved a so-called train derailment.
Breeze says he hopes to expand the mock disaster next year by making it longer and adding more communities.
The Weather Network was also involved in the exercise.
Breeze is calling the event a huge success.
