Dryden OPP arrest one in drug bust

A 61-year-old man from Dryden faces drug charges after being arrested during a traffic stop.

The incident took place on Tuesday around 1:30 pm on Government Street in Dryden.

The OPP say they seized a quantity of cocaine, fentanyl and hydromorphone, Canadian currency and other evidence of drug trafficking.

Charges include three counts of drug trafficking, two counts of failing to comply with a probation order and possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000.

He appeared in Dryden Court on Wednesday on the charges.
