Dryden OPP have laid charges in connection with a pair of collisions on Highway 17 last week.
A transport hauling a load of glass Tueday lost most of its cargo, covering the road six inches deep in shattered glass and forcing the closure of the Trans-Canada for several hours.
The driver has been charged with having an insecure load.
As well, a transport that went off the road west of Vermilion Bay on Friday, has seen that driver charged under the highway traffic act with careless driving.
