The no vacancy sign was up at the Dryden holding cells after a busy weekend for Police.
Officers responded to a number of alcohol related incidents which resulted in the arrest of 3 adult males and 2 youths.
In one case, Police were called to a local restaurant to question a man regarding a driving complaint.
Police say the accused was eventually arrested for public intoxication but he refused to go quietly.
Police say Nathan Langlais is facing charges of resisting arrest and uttering death threats.
