Dryden Police are looking for two shady characters who may still be in the area.
Police were called to deal with a couple attempting to sell items to customers at a local restaurant, however they had left before officers arrived.
The next day a local resident was walking near Husky when she was approached by a woman who embraced her, taking a necklace from the victim’s neck.
The victim demanded for the return of the necklace and the suspect pushed another piece of jewelry into the victims’ hand and fled.
The suspects are believed to be driving a burgundy Dodge Caravan, bearing Ontario plates BRDH978.
The man is believed to be in his 50’s and the woman in her 40’s, with dark hair and medium complexion.
Other police agency’s have been notified.
