Expect to see a greater police presence out on the road over the next week.
Dryden Police Constable Kevin Hildebrand says enforcement is being stepped up as part of National Road Safety Week.
Hildebrand says they will be targeting aggressive driving, drunk driving, seatbelt use and distracted driving.
Hildebrand says the crackdown will include speeders as well as those using their cell phone or any other handheld device.
He notes the goal is to keep everyone safe and to prevent fatalities.
The campaign ends May 18th.
